“Preparations for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade are planned well in advance,” explains Salim Kouidri, Senior Vice President, Technology at T-Mobile. He emphasized the team's focus on boosting network capacity along the parade route and maintaining continuous real-time network management throughout the day.

T-Mobile’s operations center will provide a dedicated bridge for real-time performance monitoring. Engineers will be strategically positioned along the parade route to offer immediate support and address any network disruptions. The company is also deploying backup systems, including mobile cell sites such as COWs (Cell on Wheels) and SatCOLTs (Satellite Cell on Wheels), to address potential spikes in demand.
Furthermore, T-Mobile's T-Priority service will ensure that first responders maintain priority access to voice and data during periods of heavy congestion.
