Sundays haven't fared much better, with time spent working rising 58% to 3 hours and 58 minutes. The shift is so pronounced it's moved from a subtle adjustment to a structural change in how we utilize our free time.

The culprit isn't a sudden surge in workaholism, but the very nature of AI integration. Approximately 80% of employees now rely on AI tools, but this reliance isn’t passive. Instead, it’s creating a new layer of responsibility: monitoring automated processes and meticulously verifying their output.
